Goodnight Angels

"Goodnight Angels: The Jordan Luck Story" is a 4 part documentary series that delves deep into the complex life and creative journey of one of New Zealand's most beloved artist, Jordan Luck MNZM.

Luck's infectious melodies and irresistible energy have helped shape the sound of Aotearoa for multiple generations. From school classrooms to rugby pitches, his songs have filled the lungs of New Zealanders for decades.

This documentary offers an intimate and revealing exploration of his remarkable life and musical career.

It’s an untold story of the triumph of creativity, importance of friendship and the brutal power of addiction.  But it’s also the tale of redemption, an extraordinary childhood and a gift for music that is not often seen.

Jordan’s unstoppable desire to entertain, his strength to overcome a crippling addiction and a seemly tireless love of writing and preforming are testament to the indomitable spirit that has propelled him through decades.

New Zealand release - 27th February 2025
